About Cinemx
Cinemx is an independent film database and community — box-office tracking, release dates, cast and trailers, and a place for audiences to record what they thought of a film on the day it opened.
Who we are
Cinemx tracks Bollywood, Hollywood and regional Indian cinema. We maintain a film database — release dates, cast, trailers and box-office collections — and run a community where fans discuss films, predict outcomes and rate releases.
What we cover
Lifetime box office collections and verdicts; release dates, cast and trailers; upcoming and OTT releases; and opening-day audience verdicts in First Day.
Our standards
Box-office figures and film data are entered and checked by hand, and corrected promptly when we get something wrong. Read our full Editorial Policy for how we source and maintain them.
Ownership
Cinemx is founded and independently operated by Anil Kumar. It is not owned by, or affiliated with, any film studio, distributor or production house, and our coverage is editorially independent.
